In the viral pictures, Kartik Aaryan is seen riding a bike with Sreeleela as the pillion rider. What caught everyone’s attention was Kartik’s visibly injured left hand, wrapped in a bandage. The actor was seen sporting a rugged look with an overgrown beard and messy hair, hinting at an intense character in the film.

The film marks the Hindi film debut of Sreeleela, who is already a popular name in the South Indian film industry. She was last seen in a special dance number “Kissik” from the highly-anticipated movie Pushpa 2: The Rule, alongside Allu Arjun.
Why Triptii Dimri Was Not Cast In Anurag Basu’s Film
Earlier, there were strong rumours that actress Triptii Dimri was initially considered for the female lead in the project. Reports claimed she was dropped due to her “overexposed” and “overtly glamorous” image post her role in Animal opposite Ranbir Kapoor.
However, director Anurag Basu dismissed these claims in an interview with HT City. He clarified,
“Triptii’s image was never the reason. I don’t judge actors based on their previous roles. The issue was purely related to her schedule. She was already committed to another project with Vishal Bhardwaj, and our dates clashed.”
He also added that Triptii remains a good friend and someone he admires as an actor.
